Ingredients

  • 2 c. Mulberries
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 c. Good-quality white wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Place berries in a glass jar and sprinkle with sugar. Stir one minute to release a bit of juice. Pour vinegar over berries, cap jar and let sit on a dark shelf for 3-4 weeks. Pour mix through a fine strainer to remove berries and seeds. Transfer strained vinegar to decorative bottles, label, tie with ribbons.
