Ingredients

  • 1 x Ingredient 1 c Mulberries,fresh or possibly-)
  • 12 ounce Frzn (no sugar)
  • 10 ounce Mulberries,frzn w/sugar
  • 1/2 c. Mulberry preserves
  • 1 tsp Kirsch
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice, or possibly to taste

Directions

  1. 03/09/92 4:40 PM Drain Mulberries, reserving syrup. Place fresh and frzn Mulberries and preserves in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Puree with the metal blade. Pass the puree through a food mill to eliminate seeds. Stir in kirsch and lemon juice.
