Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
  • 1/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa
  • 1 (5 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Directions

  1. Brownie: Beat margarine, butter, eggs, cocoa, syrup and flour.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Frosting: Beat margarine, butter, cocoa, evaporated milk, vanilla extract and honey until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
  5. Spread over the brownies.
  6. Decorate.
