Ingredients
- 2-3 pound chicken pcs
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover dish and chill overnight. Grill or possibly broil chicken pcs. Baste with marinade.
