Ingredients

  • Mochakottai (Butter Beans/Lima Beans) – 500 gms, peeled
  • Onions – 2, finely chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tblsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • For Tempering:
  • Oil – 2 tblsp
  • Cinnamon – 2 inch piece
  • Saunf – 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves – few
  • For the Masala:
  • Coconut – 1/4 cup, grated
  • Gasagasa (Khuskhus) – 1 tsp
  • Saunf – 2 tsp
  • Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves
