Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. minced pecans
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 16 ounce. Cold Whip
  • 3 c. cool lowfat milk

Directions

  1. CRUST: Mix flour, butter and 1/4 c. nuts. Mash into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min. Let cold completely.
  2. MIX: Sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 Cold Whip till smooth. Spread over crust.
  3. MIX: Pudding mix and lowfat milk with electric mixer 2 min. Let stand a minute to thicken. Pour over cream cheese mix and spread. Top with remaining Cold Whip and nuts. Chill.
