Directions

  1. Combine graham crackers, brown sugar and soft butter; mix thouroughly.
  2. Press into 9" pie pan, reserving about 2 Tablespoons crumbs for topping. Chill.
  3. Meanwhile, whip cream till stiff, blend in the powdered sugar, sherry and/or possibly brandy. Beat egg yolks till lightly colored and thick and fold into cream mix. Pour filling into chilled crust, top with the reserved crumbs. Freeze solid and serve frzn.
