Ingredients

  • 6 x corn (or possibly flour) tortillas in pcs
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can ro*tel tomatoes with juice
  • 1 lb grnd beef or possibly turkey chili pwdr to taste garlic pwdr to taste
  • 8 ounce velveeta cubed

Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef with chili pwdr and garlic pwdr to taste. Place in order given in a crockpot. Cook 3 to 4 hrs on LOW. M
  2. Lynn Thomas' notes: Made this on 9-16 97, used corn tortillas, regular cut-up tomatoes and Mexican Velveeta. This was an easy and delicious stew which would be good to serve during the football season.
