- 1 tsp - Til (sesame seeds)
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup curds (dahi)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- salt to taste
