MELTING SNOW fruit sugar cookie

Using Ben's Sugar cookies frost with cream cheese snow.
Decorate with fresh fruit and glaze

Ingredients

  • •3 teaspoon cornstarch
  • • 1/2 c water
  • • 1/4c orange juice
  • • 1/8c lemon juice
  • • Dash salt
  • • 1/2c sugar
  • • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • • 1/4 c sugar
  • • 12 Ben's sugar cookies
  • • 1 Fresh Kiwi
  • • 3 Fresh Strawberries quartered
  • • 12 Fresh Raspberries

Directions

  1. •For glaze:
  2. In a small saucepan, whisk the first five ingredients until smooth;
  3. Stir in 1/2 c sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth.
  6. Spread over cookies.
  7. Arrange fruit over top; brush or drizzle with glaze.
  8. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until cold.
  9. Yield: 12 servings.
