Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. hamburger
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. ketchup
  • 1/3 c. Heinz 57 steak sauce
  • 1/3 c. Log Cabin syrup
  • 1 can tomatoes, liquid removed (save juice)
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing for beef
  • 15 saltine crackers, crumbled

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into loaf. Add in water to juice from tomatoes to make 1 can. Pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs in large baking dish, basting frequently. Serves 12.
