  • Rice - 3 cups, cooked, cooled
  • Potato - 1, boiled, chopped
  • Tomato - 1, chopped
  • Onions - 2, chopped
  • Green Chillies - 4
  • Peanuts - 2 tsp, roasted
  • Juice of 2 lemons (or 3 depending on size)
  • Raisins - 10
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Cashewnuts - 10, fried in little ghee
  • Bengal Gram Dal - 1 tsp
  • Urad Dal - 1 tsp
  • Ghee - little
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Gingelly Oil - little
  • Salt as per taste
