Ingredients

  • 3 leftover idli's , cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp. of aniseed
  • 2 green chillies, slit lengthwise
  • 2 red chillies
  • A sprig of curry leaves
  • 1 large onion, finely sliced
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • 1 tsp. of ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of coriander powder
  • Pinch of crushed pepper powder
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Preparation
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the aniseed seeds . Add the chillies and curry leaves
