Mary Beth's Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
  • 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

  1. Score flank steak on both sides. Pour marinade over meat, turning a few times. Marinate 8 hrs or possibly overnight, turning occasionally. Grill or possibly broil as usual.
