Ingredients
1 c. butter
5 Large eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 Packages dates, minced
3/4 c. lowfat milk
1/2 pound raisins
2 c. broken pecans
1 c. cherries
4 slices pineapple
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in flour and lowfat milk alternately. Mix in fruits and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees. Makes 4 layers.
