Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 Packages dates, minced
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound raisins
  • 2 c. broken pecans
  • 1 c. cherries
  • 4 slices pineapple

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in flour and lowfat milk alternately. Mix in fruits and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees. Makes 4 layers.
