Ingredients

  • 1 lb dungeness crab
  • 1/4 c. butter plus
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 5/8 c. cream
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 dsh cayenne
  • 1 x egg Salt to taste Minced fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions in 1/4 c. butter, till transparent. Mix with remaining ingredients. Let sit for several min to allow bread crumbs to absorb liquid.
  2. Form into patties and saute/fry in 2 Tbsp. of butter till hot throughout, about four min per side.
