Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1 c. artichoke hearts

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except artichokes. Drain artichokes and cut into bite- size pcs. Add in to liquid mix, coat all well and chill overnight.
