Ingredients
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 c. artichoke hearts
Directions
Combine all ingredients except artichokes. Drain artichokes and cut into bite- size pcs. Add in to liquid mix, coat all well and chill overnight.
