Ingredients

  • 750 gm meat, cubed oil
  • 1 x onion, sliced or possibly minced crushed garlic dry mixed herbs
  • 1 pkt French Onion Soup
  • 1 c. button mushrooms
  • 1 handf sliced celery
  • 1 can tomatoes white wine

Directions

  1. Heat a little oil in a deep sided pan on high & fry 1 onion for 1-2 mins. Remove, set aside. Brown meat in batches. Return browned meat and onion to pan. Add in some crushed garlic, a sprinkling of dry mixed herbs, French onion soup, mushrooms and celery. Pour in a can of tomatoes with their juices and a slurp of white wine. Serve with vegetables.
