%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20summer,%20we%20are%20living%20much%20closer%20to%20real%20civilization%20and%20I%20actually%20found%20peach%20and%20mango%20nectar%20in%20the%20regular%20grocery%20store!%20%20I%20grabbed%20a%20can%20of%20each%20knowing%20I%20was%20going%20to%20make%20me%20a%20mojito%20with%20it.%20%20When%20I%20was%20in%20Indianapolis%20a%20few%20weeks%20ago%20I%20had%20a%20mango%20peach%20mojito%20at%20Cheeseburger%20in%20Paradise....and%20decided%20that%20I%20had%20to%20try%20making%20one%20of%20them%20myself%20when%20I%20got%20home!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20former%20residents%20of%20our%20unit%20had%20fresh%20mint%20growing%20right%20outside%20our%20back%20door.%20%20What%20a%20treasure%20trove%20that%20was%20to%20find%20we%20had!%20I%20knew%20I%20would%20be%20making%20some%20mojitos%20this%20summer%20and%20what%20better%20day%20to%20try%20it%20out%20than%20on%20July%204th?%20%20Finding%20fresh%20mint%20was%20an%20issue%20when%20we%20were%20living%20north%20because%20you%20couldn't%20always%20get%20it%20in%20the%20store....and%20driving%2020%20minutes%20to%20one%20place%20to%20find%20none%20would%20discourage%20you%20from%20going%20anywhere%20else,%20because%20it%20meant%20another%2020%20minute%20drive%20that%20could%20bring%20forth%20the%20same%20results!%20%20So,%20its%20like%20a%20mint%20haven%20having%20the%20fresh%20mint%20growing%20right%20at%20home.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20this%20July%204th%20holiday,%20Grumpy%20and%20I%20did%20some%20driving%20around%20with%20our%20GPS%20and%20looking%20up%20some%20homes%20we%20thought%20we%20might%20be%20interested%20in.%20%20No%20luck%20with%20the%20homes,%20but%20after%20arriving%20back%20home%20I%20brined%20up%20some%20baby%20back%20ribs%20(Guy%20Fieri%20style)%20and%20put%20them%20on%20the%20grill%20to%20later%20put%20some%20Sweet%20Baby%20Ray's%20BBQ%20a%20little%20bit%20before%20they%20were%20to%20come%20off%20the%20grill.%20%20I%20threw%20together%20my%20mojito%20with%20flavors%20I%20knew%20I%20loved%20and%20sat%20down%20to%20enjoy%20it%20in%20the%20air%20conditioning%20while%20the%20ribs%20cooked%20up%20on%20the%20grill!%20%20If%20you%20can%20get%20your%20hands%20on%20some%20peach%20and%20mango%20nectar,%20I%20suggest%20you%20try%20this%20drink%20out%20asap!%20%20Not%20only%20is%20it%20fruity,%20it%20is%20the%20perfectly%20refreshing,%20cool%20summer%20drink%20to%20enjoy%20on%20a%20really%20hot%20day.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMango%20Peach%20Mojito%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIce%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMuddle%20the%20mint%20leaves%20and%20lime%20juice%20in%20the%20bottom%20of%20a%20tall%20drink%20glass.%20%20Fill%20glass%203/4%20full%20with%20ice%20and%20then%20pour%20in%20the%20remaining%20liquid%20ingredients.%20%20Stir%20and%20serve!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
