Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Carnation Non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp reduced-calorie margarine
  • 3/4 c. (3 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. warm cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed and liquid removed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan, combine dry lowfat milk pwdr, water and margarine. Cook over medium heat till margarine melts, stirring often. Add in cheddar cheese and macaroni. Mix well. Proportionately spoon mix into two (12-oz) ovenproof custard dishes. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Place baking sheet on a wire rack and let set for 2 or possibly 3 minutes.
