Ingredients

  • Biscotti:
  • 2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup light olive oil*
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Captain Morgan's 100 proof Spiced Rum
  • Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Captain Morgan's 100 proof Spiced Rum
