Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. low fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 x cloves garlic pressed black pepper to taste
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 c. cornflakes crushed

Directions

  1. Mix together buttermilk, garlic salt, garlic and black pepper. Dip chicken breasts in mix and roll in corn flakes. Bake on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 min.
