Ingredients

  • 5 lg. lobster tails, frzn
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 5 whole black peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp. celery

Directions

  1. Cook lobster in water with seasonings. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To make sauce: Heat butter in skillet. Remove from heat and stir in flour, salt, nutmeg and paprika. Add in cream and return to a low heat till the mix thickens. Add in sherry and grated cheese till it melts. Arrange lobster meat in crab shells or possibly ramekins. Pour sauce over mix and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min; don't overcook. Serves 4 for dinner, 8 for first course.
