Ingredients

  • 3 c. cut up lobster
  • 1/8 pound butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 med. potatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • Lowfat milk
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat butter in fry pan and add in cut up lobster. Simmer for 5 min. Add in cream. Boil potatoes and onions that have been diced in a separate pan. When done drain and add in lobster mix. Season with salt and pepper and add in sufficient lowfat milk to cover. Heat and serve.
