Ingredients

  • Baby beef liver, sliced Flour Water Salt and pepper, to taste Sage, to taste Onion, sliced Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Shake liver in bag with flour, salt, pepper and sage to season.
  2. In a cast iron skillet, fry liver and onions slowly in warm oil till done.
  3. Remove liver and pour sufficient water for the amount of gravy desired into skillet. Mix a little flour and water and add in to liquid, stirring over heat till gravy thickens. Remove from heat. Pour over liver and serve.
