Ingredients
- Baby beef liver, sliced Flour Water Salt and pepper, to taste Sage, to taste Onion, sliced Vegetable oil
Directions
- Shake liver in bag with flour, salt, pepper and sage to season.
- In a cast iron skillet, fry liver and onions slowly in warm oil till done.
- Remove liver and pour sufficient water for the amount of gravy desired into skillet. Mix a little flour and water and add in to liquid, stirring over heat till gravy thickens. Remove from heat. Pour over liver and serve.
