Lite Spinach Bacon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen Large eggs, hard cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 c. frzn minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed, squeezed dry.
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1/4 c. bacon bits
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolk and mash with a fork. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon yolk mix into egg halves. Refrigeratetill ready to serve (should refrigerate2 hrs to overnight to let the flavors blend.)
