Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x Cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 can minced clams
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. White wine, to taste Cooked linguini

Directions

  1. Saute/fry the garlic gently in the olive for about five min. Add in rest of ingredients and bring just to a simmer. Serve over linguini with grated parmesean cheese.
  2. Serves two.
