  • 1 head lettucw (such as oak leaf, Bibb, or escarole, leaves separated)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • cayenne pepper (as needed for serving)
  • 12 caper berries (or substitute about 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed)
