  • Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice-2 cups
  • Sugar-3 cups
  • Water- 1 cup
  • Cream – ½ cup
  • Mints leaves-2 tbsp, chopped
  • The life of a Lemon sorbet is short as the outside temperature climbs to 50°C :)
