- 1 lemon, seeded and cut into slices
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ½ tps fresh thyme, chopped
- 1½ cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbls fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbls butter
- Parsley for garnish
