Ingredients
- 1 c. corn meal
- 3 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 3 large eggs, well beaten
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 T butter, melted
Directions
- Stir corn meal into 2 cups lowfat milk and let mix come to boil, making mush. Add in remaining lowfat milk and large eggs. Stir in baking pwdr, salt and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
