Ingredients

  • 1 env Knox Gelatine
  • 1/4 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, heated to boiling
  • 2 pkt 's, (8 ounce. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips Extra serving sizr, (9 ounce.) prepared graham cracker crust Your favorite cookies, coarsely crushed, (1 c.)

Directions

  1. In blender, sprinkle Knox over cool lowfat milk; let stand 2 min. Add in warm lowfat milk and process at low till dissolved, about 2 min. Add in cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process till blended. Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust. Pour in gelatine mix; sprinkle with crushed cookies. Refrigeratetill hard, about 2 hrs.
