  • 3 to 4 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Quart of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Cups White Beans
  • Dash of Hot Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Cooked Farro (Optional)
