  • Cold Water -- 1/3 cup
  • Egg (beaten) -- 1
  • Sugar -1 Tbsp
  • Butter(at room temperature) -- 25 gms about 2 Tbsp
  • For Cookie Dough
  • All Purpose Flour -- 1 1/3 cups
  • Baking Powder -- 3/4 tsp
  • Salt -- a large pinch
  • Butter (at room temperature) -- 60gms about 5 Tbsp
  • Castor Sugar -- 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup for sweeter dough
  • Egg -- 1
  • Vanilla Extract -- 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Zest -- 1 tsp (optional)
  • Castor Sugar or granulated sugar -- for dusting
