Ingredients

  • 5 pounds peeled potatoes, boiled and sliced or cubed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter/margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar
  • 1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Spread in casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  3. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for at least 45 minutes.
