Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put basil, oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt into a blender or possibly food processor. Process till smooth. Pour sauce into small bowl.
  2. Add in Parmesan cheese and Romano pecorino cheese or possibly extra Parmesan cheese.
  3. Mix to blend. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
  4. If you plan to freeze the sauce, add in the cheese after the sauce has thawed.
