Idaho Dutch Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 c. potatoes slice 1/4"
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 2 x cloves garlic chopped salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1 c. gouda cheese shredded
  • 1 c. table cream

Directions

  1. Heat lowfat milk in a large saucepan; add in potatoes and seasoning. Cook about 20 min; stirring often.
  2. Layer cooked potatoes in a greased baking dish, alternating with cheese. Pour cream and any remaining lowfat milk over all.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
