Ingredients

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 x lemons
  • 1 can condensed lowfat milk Vanilla wafers

Directions

  1. Put your condensed lowfat milk in a bowl. Pour 2 egg yolks into it and beat, add in lemon juice that cooks egg yolks. Make your crust out of vanilla wafers crushed and mixed with butter. Pour mix into the crust. Top with meringue and brown in oven for a few min. Pie may be eaten this way or possibly put into refrigerator till chilled.
