  • 1 giant head of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup died white onion (I'm not racist)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup black beans (See...not racist)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Other ingredient options: tomatos, mushrooms, corn (although I would put corn in just about anything)
