Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 3/4 cup chopped yellow bell pepper (3/4 cup = 1 medium pepper)
  • 1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl; stir well.
