Ingredients

  • 1 pkt semisweet chocolate morsels (12 ounce.)
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine chocolate morsels and half-and-half in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat till chocolate melts and mix is smooth, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla.
  2. Serve hot.
  3. Yield: 2 c.
