Ingredients
1 can crab meat or possibly fresh crab meat, shredded
1 sm. onion or possibly scallions
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Healthy pinch of salt
Directions
Cut crusts off sliced egg bread. Cut into squares. Spread mix on bread. Place on cookie sheets. Broil till brown and bubbly.
