Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat or possibly fresh crab meat, shredded
  • 1 sm. onion or possibly scallions
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • Healthy pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Cut crusts off sliced egg bread. Cut into squares. Spread mix on bread. Place on cookie sheets. Broil till brown and bubbly.
