Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can crabmeat
  • 2 tbsp. onion, finely minced
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sm. amount lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. cooking sherry

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese with lowfat milk. Add in crabmeat, onion, salt and pepper. Squeeze in small amount of lemon juice. Add in cooking sherry. Blend well and cook in double boiler 20 min. Serve hot with snack crackers.
