Ingredients

  • 2 x lemons, juiced
  • 2 x limes, juiced
  • 4 x oranges, juiced
  • 3 Tbsp. ginger, peeled & grated
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/3 c. sesame oil
  • 2 c. canola oil
  • 1 bn chives, cut finely salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place citrus juice in a stainless steel bowl. Add in ginger, honey, salt and pepper.
  2. Slowly whisk in the oils till emulsified. Add in chives and adjust seasoning.
  3. Steam snow peas till tender, shock in cool water, drain. Toss with pea tendrils and vinaigrette.
