Ingredients
- 2 x lemons, juiced
- 2 x limes, juiced
- 4 x oranges, juiced
- 3 Tbsp. ginger, peeled & grated
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/3 c. sesame oil
- 2 c. canola oil
- 1 bn chives, cut finely salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place citrus juice in a stainless steel bowl. Add in ginger, honey, salt and pepper.
- Slowly whisk in the oils till emulsified. Add in chives and adjust seasoning.
- Steam snow peas till tender, shock in cool water, drain. Toss with pea tendrils and vinaigrette.
