Homemade Barbecue Sauce for Grilled Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of molasses
  • 1/2 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 3 tsp. of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. of Tabasco or hot sauce

Directions

  1. Measure out all of the above ingredients into an electric blender.
  2. Press the liquefy button for one minute.
  3. Place pre-boiled cut ribs, evenly, into three large zip lock plastic bags and portion the barbecue sauce, evenly over the ribs.
  4. Close the zip lock bags and refrigerate over night.
  5. After removing the ribs from plastic bags, place on the grill.
  6. Save left over sauce from bags and put into a small bowl.
  7. Turn ribs two to three times.
  8. Brush each of the ribs with additional sauce each time.
  9. Grill until sauce on ribs is dry.
