This version of homemade Bailey's Irish Cream is richer and more caloric but is so good and taste the closest to the original store bought liqueur.

  • 1 cup heavy cream 35%
  • 1 (14 oz) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (any brand)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth on high for 20 to 30 seconds. Store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Pour 1 oz or 2 in your morning cup of coffee.
  2. NOTE: Shake bottle before serving.
