Holiday Popcorn Bars Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 10 ounces marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate covered candies

Directions

  1. Add the oil and popcorn to a large stockpot over medium heat. Cover, but leave the lid cracked. Cook the popcorn about 5 minutes or until the popping has slowed almost to a stop. Shake the pan periodically throughout popping. Pour the popcorn into a bowl and wipe out the stockpot.
  2. Nelt the butter over medium heat and stir in the marshmallows. Continue cooking and stirring until the marsh
