Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Oregano leaves Dash each salt, pepper and Garlic pwdr
  • 1 1/4 lb Skinned & boned chicken Breasts, cut into 1-inch Wide strips

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine crums and seasonings; dip chicken strips in water, then into crumb mix, pressing crumbs to make sure they adhere and chicken is thoroughly coated.
  2. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray; arrange chicken on sheet and sprinkle proportionately with remaining crumb mix. Bake at 350F till tender, about 20 min
